Career Readiness
For anyone who wants to sell cars in Canada
Forge lets you practise what a licensing exam cannot test: the greeting, the questions, the price talk and the customer who hesitates. Speak out loud to a lifelike customer, then get a coach-style scorecard that shows exactly what to do better, before it counts.
The honest problem
Canadian dealerships lose a lot of sales consultants. Lack of training and coaching is one of the major reasons, alongside a few others.
54%
annual turnover for sales consultants at Canadian dealerships in 2025, up from 33% in 2023.
1 in 3
sales consultants are gone within a year. About two in three (67%) are still there.
58%
of dealers run a structured orientation for new hires. Only 25% run a mentor program.
Source: CADA 2026 National Workforce Study, prepared by MNP. Turnover figures cover 629 dealership stores and more than 43,500 payroll records, and count every kind of exit. Training figures come from 366 responding dealers.
Forge cannot change how a dealership trains. It can give you practice before your first real customer walks in, so your first conversation is not your first attempt.

How it works
Talk to a customer
A customer walks onto the floor. You greet them, ask questions and handle what they say, all out loud.
Get a real scorecard
A coach-style review scores four skills and quotes your own words back to you.
Fix one thing at a time
Weak spot? You get what happened, why it matters, three steps to do better, and words you could say instead.
What you will practise
Each level builds on the one before it, from your first hello to a hesitant customer.
First contact
Make a customer feel welcome in the first 30 seconds.
Discovery
Understand the person before you talk about a vehicle.
Price and process
Stay calm and honest when price, trade and the drive come up.
Commitment
Keep the conversation moving when the customer hesitates.
Practise in 12 languages
Pick the language your customer speaks and practise the conversation you will actually face on the floor.
Answer in the customer language or in English. Your scorecard and coaching stay in English, and the wording we suggest comes in your customer language with the English meaning. Sessions in any language count the same toward your levels.
